Graduation Product Delivery

We look forward to seeing you this Friday, May 1, as we hand out  Cap and Gowns to the Class of 2020. We wanted to give you some important instructions on the process. With the COVID-19 situation, we will be dividing the class into smaller groups to help with social distancing. Many of you still need to complete coursework for high school and CAP classes, and we encourage you to continue to work hard on these assignments. If you still have course work to complete, you may keep your textbooks and MacBook until after May 14th and we will arrange for drop-off of assignments and  materials at a later date; however, if you are done with your course work by the afternoon of May 1st, please bring the following items to drop off prior to picking up your cap and gown:

1. MacBook Air laptop (carrying bag and strap, protective case, charger, and white extension cord for the charger)
2. Textbooks
3. Library books
4. Any other school district property

Please plan to enter Door 1, the main entrance on Harriett Street, and you will be directed to the correct location. You will exit the building from the athletic foyer onto Circle Drive. Please arrive following the schedule below:
  • A - F 1:00 pm
  • G - N 1:30 pm
  • O - S 2:00 pm
  • T - Y 2:30 pm
While in on campus, please maintain social distancing and wear a mask if you have one. We look forward to seeing you on Friday. If you have questions, please call the high school or email: joneski@mvschool.org .

Respectfully,

Kyle Jones
