Maroon Day

STUDENTS: If you arrive in the morning and do not have a mask you are to report to the main gym to receive one. Masks are to be worn so that they cover both your nose and mouth. Please pull your masks up when in the halls and when you can’t social distance.

STUDENTS: Please remember to take your pin number card with you to the lunch room. If you want, enter the number in your phone and show to the cafeteria cashier.

Reminder: Student Council will meet on Wednesday morning at 7:30 in the PAC. If you’d like to purchase a t-shirt please bring $10 to the meeting. It's not too late to join! Hope to see you there!

STUDENTS: Reminder: the school dress code indicates that shorts or skirts/dresses should be fingertip in length when your arms are resting at your side. Tops that expose your bare midriff or that are low cut are not permitted. Sleeveless tops, tank tops, tube tops, and spaghetti strap tops are not allowed. Clothing should not expose undergarments and sagging is not allowed.  No pajamas or house slippers. 

The Posey County Community Foundation is now accepting applications online for the 2021 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program. The deadline to apply is September 4, 2020. Seniors will receive an email with additional information.

STUDENT DRIVERS: You are required to have a parking sticker to park on school property. Authorized student parking areas are the football parking lot and the tennis parking lot. You are not authorized to park in the baseball parking lot.  Parking stickers are available in the school store for $10 and must be purchased by Friday, August 21.

They are $25 and you can buy them from the office between passing periods. We also have yearbooks from 2016-2017 and 2018-2019 for sale for $5. The Marrs shuttlebus will start next week. It will pick students up starting at 4:30 and leave promptly at 4:45 from Bobcat Alley. It will drop off at Marrs around 5pm. You must have a ride to pick you up at Marrs. You may only ride it home if you stay after school for an activity or with a teacher. Monday during homebase at 12:45 there will be an information meeting for any boys interested in workouts with the high school basketball coach. You do not have to be interested in playing on the team. Make sure you turn your yellow forms into your homebase teacher. STUDENTS: Masks need be worn so that they cover both your nose and mouth. Please pull your masks up when in the halls and when you can’t social distance. If you don’t feel well, please stay home. We don’t want to spread illness to our friends and teachers.

The Posey County Community Foundation is now accepting applications online for the 2021 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program. The deadline to apply is September 4, 2020. Seniors will receive an email with additional information.

STUDENTS: If you have books from school year 2019-2020 that you have not returned, please return then ASAP. They are to be taken to the library and placed in the appropriate box.
