STUDENT COUNCIL MEMBERS: Please bring $10 or a bag of candy worth $10 to Mrs. Delancy’s room (A218) for our Trunk or Treat service project.

Reminder to Tech Students: next Tuesday, November 3, tech classes will be held virtually. Tech students may participate in their virtual classes either at home or, here at MVHS in the media center. You will be expected to attend your normal schedule here at MVHS.

There will be an all-member Key Club meeting tomorrow at 7:30 am in the PAC.

Manchester University invites you to a Virtual Spartan Day open house on Saturday, November 14!  This event includes a welcome from the President, faculty and student panels, a tour of campus, plus information from Admissions. Register at visit.manchester.edu.

Any students interested in joining Tech Crew for the Fall Play "The Great Gatsby" should view the sign-up sheet outside the PAC or contact Mr. Knight in H117. Most tech times are right after school, but Tech Crew applications must be submitted by the end of this week.

There will be a meeting during reading time tomorrow in the gym for all MV athletes. We will outline our new weightlifting schedule and expectations for all athletes both in and out of season. All athletes should attend.

MVHS will be hosting a blood drive on Monday, November 9. You may sign up to give using the google form link that will be emailed to you. To give blood you must: 
  • Be in good general health and feeling well
  • Be at least 17-years-old, or 16-years-old with parental consent
  • Weigh at least 110 lbs.

REMINDER: Picture retake day is tomorrow. If you wish to have your picture retaken, you must return your original pictures to do so.

STUDENTS: There will be no after school detention today.

Students: You should be receiving emails regarding the 2021 yearbook. You can order those now. The 2020 yearbook (last year's book) has been on backorder due to COVID. We should be receiving those books by the end of October. We have ordered a few extra so if you didn't get a chance to purchase one of those, you still can. See Mrs. Thomas in A214 if you have any questions.
