TO THE STUDENTS:  

• There are 3 lunch releases this semester: (11:30 – 12:00   Business, PE, Science, Special Education, Technology Education & Tech Theatre)  (12:00 – 12:30  Credit Recovery, English, Math & World Languages)      (12:30 – 1:00    AG, Art, Band, FACS, Social Studies & Study Halls)

• Students should remain in the lunch room during their lunch period.

• Students will stop by the restroom on the way to lunch and the way back after lunch. 

• If students need to take medications during the lunch period, they should use the weight room hallway to go to the nurse and then to come back to the lunch room.

• The eSports team will meet today after school upstairs in Room A220.  Please accept the Google Classroom invitation in order to receive information and updates.  If you cannot attend, please email Mrs. Kissinger.

• FCCLA members that are interested in attending the state conference need to meet with Mrs. Schneider Thursday morning at 7:40 AM.

• April 29, 20223 - Prom at USI in Carter Hall from 8:00pm-11:00pm. Tickets will be sold 3 weeks prior to prom and tickets will be $30 each. 

CONGRATULATIONS:
The boys basketball team beat the Salem Lions on Tuesday, December 27th  to improve to  3-4 on the season. Mt. Vernon led by 12 at halftime and then went on a 22-0 run in the 3rd quarter to stretch the game out. The Wildcats were led in scoring by Jackson Clowers with 17 points, Nicot Burnett with 15 points, and Logan Dutkiewicz with 14 points
