MSD of Mt. Vernon Is Now Utilizing
Beginning May 2026, all MSD of Mt. Vernon schools are utilizing ParentSquare for school-to-home communication.
What does this mean for me as a parent?
MSD of Mt. Vernon has adopted ParentSquare as our primary school-to-home communication platform for all Mt. Vernon schools. Instead of navigating multiple communication tools and apps (such as Remind, Class Dojo, email lists, text threads, and more), ParentSquare will be the single communication platform for families, principals, secretaries, and administration to communicate, providing easier and clearer communication.
ParentSquare will be used for:
- Messages and Announcements
- Newsletters
- School Lunch Information
- Scheduling Conferences
- Volunteer Organization
- Text Messages Without Personal Cell Phone Number
- Sharing Files and Forms
- District-Wide Alerts (i.e. Snow Days and Two Hour Delays)
- More
Step 1: Register for ParentSquare
Go to your email and click the invitation link from MSD of Mt. Vernon to join. If you do not see an email in your inbox, check your Spam or Trash folder!
