Monday, May 02, 2022 - Maroon Day - Teacher Appreciation Week
TO THE STUDENTS:
- All seniors should report to the PAC today at 11:00 am. Mrs. McCloud will be going over graduation information and important senior dates, as well as giving out honors cords, medallions, etc.
- Art Guild Seniors - member scholarship applications are due to Mrs. Glaser by the end of the day this Wednesday, May 4 to Mrs. Glaser. Details are on the Art Guild Google Classroom.
- SENIORS:
- If you are planning on participating in the graduation ceremony you MUST order a cap & gown! Using past graduates' cap and gown is not allowed. If you don’t know if you have ordered a cap & gown, please stop by the counseling office and check with Mrs. Martin.
- Reminder:
- Mandatory Graduation Practice for Seniors 8:05 a.m. Monday, May 23rd
- 2022 Graduation Commencement 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 27th seniors must report to the auxiliary gym no later than 6:30 p.m.
CONGRATULATIONS to the following:
- Varsity Baseball beat Mt. Carmel IL 15-12 on Friday, April 29th (The Wildcats Varsity scattered 18 hits in the game. Daws, Watters, Campbell, Shumate, Kern, and Huss all collected multiple hits for Mt. Vernon Wildcats Varsity. Shumate, Campbell, Watters, and Daws each managed three hits to lead Mt. Vernon Wildcats Varsity.
