2/15/22 announcements

 

Date: Tuesday, February 15th, White Day

Lunch today: egg omelette or scrambled eggs, French toast sticks, potato smiles, spiced apples, low fat milk                                    

Breakfast tomorrow: pancakes with syrup, mixed fruit, fruit juice, low fat milk

Lunch tomorrow: chicken pot pie, romaine salad, pineapple tidbits, breadsticks, low fat milk

Announcements:

Primetime is this Wednesday. If you do not have a primetime or have any questions about it, see Mrs. Culley in the office.

Wildcat Stem camp for junior high kids will be on March 12th. Only the first 50 students will be able to participate. Pick up a form from the main office or your science teacher. Get your form turned in fast!

Yearbooks are still on sale.   Get a personal ad put in the yearbook! Order forms are in the main office and need to be turned in by February 18th.

To all Girls Who Code club members involved in this second round of clubs- You will have your club pictures taken on Wednesday.  Please wear your Girls Who Code shirt or a Mt. Vernon school shirt.

If you are an 8th grader and did not get a class selection form to pick classes for high school, please come to the office.

There will be a Jumper's Clinic for anyone who is interested in long jump or high jump. The clinic will run from February 23-25, after school until 4pm. We will meet in Room 901 (Ms White's room) on Feb 23. Please see Coach Poling for details or if you have any questions. 

Any 6th, 7th or 8th grade girls interested in volleyball, there will be a meeting with the high school coach on Wednesday morning at 7:45 in the small gym.

The first wrestling meet of the year is tonight! Start time is 5:30pm. You may use a bobcat pride ticket to get into the meet for free! Come out and support your Bobcat wrestlers.
